CrossFit at Revamp...
Revamp CrossFit is designed to make you better at what life randomly throws your way. Workouts include physically demanding combinations of Olympic weightlifting, intense cardiovascular intervals, plyometrics, kettlebell movements, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics elements and much more! Revamp CrossFit is our highest intensity program on our small group training schedule. We cap our CrossFit Classes at ten participants in order to ensure safety as well as proper form and technique. Participants are required to complete and pass "CrossFit Fundamentals," before moving on to our regularly scheduled CrossFit Classes.
